We were alerted in late February 1997 by an inmate in Tennessee about two bills on the weightlifting issue being sponsored by Rep. Mark Goins. Mr. Goins actually has 3 "get tough on criminals" type bills. All 3 bills were assigned to committees in early February. We have links them and quite a bit of additional information below.
